What we collect
The name, email, phone (optional) and delivery address you share in a pre-order request, and the pieces you choose.
Why
Only to review your pre-order request, contact you when payment opens and deliver your order.
Legal basis
Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) art. 5/2-c: necessary to enter into or perform a contract.
Who we share it with
The payment provider (Shopier) at payment and the courier for delivery, only as needed. Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure.
How long
Until your request is resolved; if an order is placed, for the legally required retention period.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object, by email (KVKK art. 11).
